Story[]

"Captain Cobrus was the first humanborne soldier to join the ranks of the Elapid resistance, or so most believe. No one has ever seen the Captain's true visage, and his chemical and pheromonial profile is strangely indistinguishable from that of the average Elapid. Though he leads the Elapid forces in battle, Captain Cobrus secretly seeks to wrest control from Serpax and the Elapid Emperor. Not content to simply conquer the city of Wor, Captain Cobrus will stop at nothing in his quest to conquer the entire planet."

A New Division[]

Along with Captain Cobrus’ escalating control over the Elapid insurgency comes a rise in his army’s ranks... with a new division Elapid Acolytes![2]

The White Ninja proves a valuable asset to Captain Cobrus with his skills in sabotage, subterfuge, and infiltration. But where do the mysterious martial artist’s true allegiances lie?[3]

From the Front Line[]

The front line of the Elapid invasion, the Elapid Fanatic uses his heavy armor and advanced weaponry to incite violence and seed civil unrest. What a jerk![4]

Nocturnal Training[]

The feared Elapid Nocturnal corps are dispatched by Captain Cobrus during the three months of darkness that befalls Wor annually. Their specialized abilities allow them to effortlessly get into strongholds and eliminate their enemies unseen and undetected. They are equipped with special light-dampening uniforms and their gear was specifically designed to absorb light rather than reflect it. So even in daylight, these troops are able to create darkness when and where it's needed to carry out their missions. It’s assumed that these troops train for months in rigorous low-to-no light conditions to hone their special nocturnal skills. However, what most don't know is that each Elapid Nocturnal trooper is actually chosen for their lack of vision. Most of the troops are 100% blind and have trained their whole lives to fight in the dark.

"At night when you lock your doors, maybe double check that you were alone when you did so..."[5]

Unorthodox Training[]

When Captain Cobrus demands the best of the best for the training of his Elapid Troopers he knows there's only one man for the job... Constrictor Colossus. An imposing brute known for his size, strength, unorthodox training, and extreme motivational techniques by way of fear and pain, Constrictor Colossus, standing over seven feet tall and weighing nearly 350lbs makes an imposing figure to say the least. So much so, that when he tells his trainees to jump, they don't just jump, but ask how high. Constrictor Colossus is known to brandish the heaviest, thickest, armored gauntlets into battle, so heavy that no ordinary man would be able to move in them, let alone fight effectively while wearing them. Yet he does so with ease. Blood Mercenary regards Constrictor Colossus as one of the strongest living men in the City of Wor and its lands beyond. A true colossus indeed.
