It's unknown how old Liam actually is, but "The Blood Punk" wasn't named for taking mercy on his enemies.

The Blood Punk is one of the last remaining vampires to walk the Earth. With the gift of immortality, it is the Blood Punk's duty to balance the forces of good and evil in the realm of the living. When good people are wronged, the Blood Punk wreaks havoc on evil. His lust for blood is only equaled by his passion for dance. As a member of The Boogiemen, Port City's finest dance crew, The Blood Punk fights alongside Roundhouse and Barricade to protect their neighborhood. While others use their fists to fight, he uses his fangs!
Did You Know: The Blood Punk escaped Hell and was sent back to Earth to balance the forces of good and evil.
