Convictus escaped his prison long before the rest of the Bio-Mass creatures had even started to interface and merge with their mechanical prisons. It was years before his bond with the Hunter was made manifest... and something that he has taken great interest in. As his bond grows stronger he leads the Hunter on a galactic chase, one that he knows that time will favor him in. The key to growth and the next evolution are within his grasp... he just has to wait a while longer.
