"Orphaned at a young age, Pike was filled with a primal welt that never healed. Rejecting the caring foster parents who took him in, Pike found himself in the company of a band of mercenaries at the age of 12. Learning that brutality is the ultimate law of man, Pike quickly rose in the ranks of the roving band of warriors. Tiring of a nomadic life, Pike finds steady employment in the court of King of Nosvera as a cut-throat. Just as the stationary life started to bore him, a curiously familiar figure named Crae appears in the court."
