The Glyos System is a series of toys produced by Matt Doughty and Michelle Doughty of Onell Design and sold exclusively on their website, www.onelldesign.com. These three inch tall figures feature a simple peg and socket joint system known as the "Fit Function" that makes them completely interchangeable with one another, allowing for limitless build options.

Standard Releases

The "standard" Glyos System Series figure is a 3" plastic toy, assembled from 13 separate parts and containing 12 swivel joints.

These include:

Exclusives

As with many other independent toy lines, the Glyos System Series has its fair share of exclusive releases. However, unlike some other series, Onell has found two unique outlets for exclusive content.

These include:

  • Web-only exclusives
    • Warp Zone figures
    • Passcode figures
    • The Custom Corps
  • Convention exclusives
    • NYCC '09 figures
    • SDCC '09 figures
    • Figures released at other conventions

Collaborations

In the relatively short time that the line has been around, there have already been a few collaborations with other artists in the urban vinyl scene, with more being announced.

These include:

  • The Shadow Set
  • The Suckadelic Sucklord
  • The Tarantulas'Nibbler
  • TheGodBeast Aliens
  • The "War Monger" Custom Corps series
  • unnamed Monstrehero project
  • The Outer Space Men series with The Four Horsemen

The 1" Line

Prior to the launch of the Glyos System Series, a smaller scale minifigure series was produced in limited numbers, often being sold at conventions. Though Matt Doughty has expressed an interest in returning to the earlier line, there has yet to be a production line of these smaller figures.
