An homage to Chester Gould's Dick Tracy.[1] The Fedora was retooled to better fit Hyper Knight and Star Marshall human heads. Golden Richard originally hails from the Trilobyte Kingdom as part of a grander, unrevealed plot and has been settled in Harbor Noir as a gumshoe-for-hire.
