An homage to Star Trek: The Next Generation with Command, Science, and Operations uniforms represented. A later non-homage SPICE Fleet Commander Warlion was introduced in the AFOTM 2022 line-up for August.

Story

SPICE Fleet

Exploring the fringes of space, this 4 pack of Hyper Knight heroes are going deeply into Uranus and beyond. The fourth figure is a secret but trust me, it's very chill. The S.P.I.C.E. Fleet is in stark contradiction to the violence of the typical Hyper Knights, with each unit made up of two scientists and two warriors. Together, their skill sets ensure the best path is taken.

Commander Warlion

"Pulled out of time from the 20th century, Warlion became a bit of a pet project of the Trilobyte Kingdom and S.P.I.C.E. Fleet. His knowledge of ancient battle and warfare was crucial, but his addictive tendencies make him uncontrollable. Relegated to the unglamorous Deep Space Division, he's selected for a suicide mission... which works out great because Warlion is pretty suicidal already."

NeoStar the Sun Scourge

"The assumption is NeoStar was once human, as indicated by the tattered Hyper Knight uniform he wears. It's theorized he was once a deep space explorer tied to S.P.I.C.E. Fleet, perhaps exposed to something deadly and DNA altering in the cosmos. A few fleet craft and probes have come into contact with this entity, only to be promptly vaporized. Without safe shipping lanes in the galaxy, trade cannot resume. There is only one man crazy enough to go hunting for a being with the power of the sun..."

Planet Alpha EDM

"Dispatched to planet Alpha EDM, Private first class Crown has been dispatched in secret by Captain Warlion. His secret mission is to find the girl named Fia and figure out her mysterious ability to control Rift Killers. Unfortunately for Crown, the planet is populated with new variants of Rift Killers never before seen. As he proceeds deeper into the planet's abandoned research facility, Crown starts to realize he is being stalked by a new predator - the Zed Beast!"
