Two new Glyos compatible Vinyl figures from Galaxxor launch in January of 2024 with Alektrydon and Xenotron. Xenotron's form (and the original Xenotron Resin figure) was inspired by Yellow Devil from the Mega Man video game series.[1]

Character History[]

It’s comparison time? With the Xenotron “mold master” samples on the way to me for approval early next week, I’m looking back upon its 10 plus year journey to becoming a reality. The figure on the left is a resin figure from maybe 2014ish. The Xenotron was originally conceived as second resin figure to bolster the lineup, alongside the original resin Galaxxor. Of course, shortly after that, the focus shifted to production vinyl, and the Xenotron resin project was put on the back burner. On the right, we have a resin painted hard copy of the digital file for the figure that’s currently in production. Can not wait to finally add this long overdue character type to The Galaxxorverse![2]

In the lore, the Xenotrons are ancient Xyldrani battle droids, modifiable for any combat scenario. This translates on the figure to 4 small ports, capable of accepting Glyos pvc parts for modification. I can wait to see what you guys come up with![3]

There was a time when, as the android soldiers of the ancient Zyldrani Empire, the number of Xenotron soldiers was in the untold millions.Following the Great War, these numbers had been significantly decimated, with most units destroyed or lost in the swirling chaos of The Omega. However, some Xenotron units did survive. Some went as far as establishing mini civilizations upon abandoned planetoids. In our current storyline, however, it is most common to find an individual Xenotron unit, or even a small squadron, operating as a bodyguard for a Zyldrani Seer as he travels the Cosmos.[4]
